Christmas done differently. Our Summer Send-Off Series is for corporate groups of 20 to 80 who'd rather end the year with ocean views, local seafood and a room of their own than with a sandwich platter in the boardroom.

Early-bird offer: book by 1st November

Confirm your Christmas function with a deposit by 1st November 2026 and choose one:

• A complimentary cocktail on arrival for every guest, or

• A complimentary beverage hour, so you get the four-hour package for the price of three.

Getting here

Nobody should be drawing straws for designated driver. To make getting to and from your celebration easier, Streamline Bus Charters runs group transport to At The Heads from Geelong, Torquay and surrounding areas.

Return Transport

Includes transport to the venue and the return journey.

• Up to 57 passengers: $1,050
• Up to 24 passengers: $850
• Up to 13 passengers: $650

One Way Transfer

For groups who only require transport to the venue or a trip home after the celebration.

• Up to 57 passengers: $600
• Up to 24 passengers: $500
• Up to 13 passengers: $400
